The price includes: a private driver, vehicle fee, fuel fee, highway tolls, parking fee, and driver's meals.

The price does not include: entrance fees to attractions, meals for guests, accommodation for guests, and overtime fees.

Important Note: If you book a multi-day private charter car, you will need to pay for the driver's accommodation outside of Sapporo.

The business vehicle service hours are 10 consecutive hours between 8:00 and 21:00. If the service departs earlier than 8:00 or ends later than 21:00, an additional late-night service fee of 2000 RMB per hour will be charged to the driver.

Overtime fee

The maximum usage time for the vehicle is 10 hours. If the usage exceeds this time, an overtime fee will be charged:

7/8-seater and 10-seater vehicles: 8000 yen per hour;
18-seater vehicles: 10000 yen per hour.

Vehicle cleaning fee

If a passenger causes severe damage to the vehicle due to health reasons (such as vomiting), a cleaning fee will be charged, ranging from 25,000 to 50,000 yen.
