- Children aged 12 and above are charged the same as adults.
- 1 Adult + 1 Child Family Ticket: Applicable to one adult aged 18 or above and one child aged 12 or below.

- Operating hours are 10:00—22:00. You may enter at any time during operating hours.
- For 4-hour tickets, please contact staff to confirm any upgrade before the ticket duration expires. Failure to upgrade before the time expires will result in the deposit deduction policy being triggered.
- Some activities in the venue are high-intensity. For your safety, please provide the actual identity information of the participant (including name and ID number as per your Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents) during booking for insurance purposes (the cost is covered by the store; personal information can be provided upon arrival).
- A deposit of RMB 70 per person is required for 4-hour tickets. The deposit will be fully refunded for customers who do not exceed the time limit. No deposit is required for full-day tickets.
Overtime deposit deduction standards:
10-30 minutes overtime — RMB 15 deduction;
30-60 minutes overtime — RMB 30 deduction;
60-90 minutes overtime — RMB 45 deduction;
90-120 minutes overtime — RMB 60 deduction; - All tickets do not include meals. Adult tickets are applicable to those aged 12 and above. For 1 Adult + 1 Child family tickets, the guardian must be aged 18 or above, and the child must be aged 12 or below (inclusive). Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a guardian during the experience. Once bound, the ticket cannot be transferred or resold.
- For your safety, participating in activities such as trampolining or golf after consuming alcohol is prohibited.
- This ticket does not include trampoline socks. Anti-slip socks are required for trampoline and bowling activities; you may bring your own or purchase them on-site.
- During weekends and public holidays, some activities may require queuing. We recommend planning your visit accordingly.
