Three of us went and bought two sets of vouchers. The staff clearly explained how to purchase them. There were no tips or hidden charges. Drinks and food were provided. It was economical and the location was quite convenient.

The hotel has a playground, ball pit, and snow park, which is great for kids. The hotel rooms are all spacious. I marked this as a birthday celebration, but the hotel didn't have any decorations.

There are two times a day to choose from: 9:30 am or 11:30 am, I chose the 9 am time slot. Even if you buy your ticket in advance, if you want to choose a location near the window, it is best to arrive at the water tea house registration counter before the doors open (open at 9 o'clock). If there are more than 6 people, sorry, it is estimated that the window location cannot be arranged, as most of the window seats are 2 or 4 people. The package is provided by Guangzhou Restaurant, the products are of a standard 👍, if you feel the package portion is not enough, you can pay separately, but I think the package is enough. After the dishes are served, the boat will leave the Tianzi Pier and exit the Pearl River at about 10 o'clock. Summary: The service is fast, the shape of the paid dishes is more special, the food is also hot, at the price of HKD88 per person, (including 2-person boat ticket, 2-person package, tea) is high value for money, very worth going.

There are direct buses (China-Hong Kong Express) to the hotel, making transportation convenient. The hotel environment is generally good, the rooms are fairly large, clean and tidy. There is a live singer performing during dinner, creating a great atmosphere! The buffet breakfast and dinner were just average in my opinion, with a decent variety. However, the dim sum set meal at lunch was a pleasant surprise. The roast pigeon was piping hot, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the shrimp dumplings were large, plump, and refreshingly chewy – a perfect score!

A wonderful experience

The hotel rooms are comfortably designed, and I especially liked the walk-in closet, where I could sit down and change my shoes as soon as I got back to the room. The hotel facilities are very new, and the indoor swimming pool is available even in winter. The breakfast had a wide variety of food, and the taste was quite good. At the Ocean Cube, you can see many marine creatures; the penguins are adorable, and the sea lion show was particularly impressive. Under the trainer's guidance, the sea lions performed various tricks, which was very exciting. The area isn't very large, but you can still see other small animals, and there's also a children's play area. Remember to wear non-slip socks.

Unfortunately, the queue time is quite long, and two hours is really not enough. It would be ideal if there were a three-hour ticket.

This was my child's first time at Chimelong Paradise! The park is kid-friendly, and the food quality is top-notch! Three days and two nights isn't enough time to experience all the rides. We'll definitely come again.
