Regarding the cancellation of the event:

If it is canceled, we will contact you as soon as possible. ・Those who have consumed alcohol on the day of participation, pregnant women or those who may be pregnant, those weighing over 100kg, and those whom the organizers deem unsafe will not be able to participate. ・If you have any concerns about participating in the tour due to a disability, injury, or pre-existing medical condition, please contact us in advance. ・A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows and cancellations made on the day of the tour (after 5 PM the day before). ・Please note that if you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate in the tour and it will be treated as a same-day cancellation.

Reminders
Ages of participation: 10 to 70 years old
Clothing and belongings: * Swimsuit or rash guard + synthetic T-shirt and shorts * Participation without a shirt is not permitted. * Quick-drying material is preferable. * Hat (recommended on sunny days) * Marine shoes or sports sandals (free rental shoes are available) * A synthetic jacket or cardigan that can get wet is recommended for comfort on colder days. * Change of clothes for after the tour * You will get wet if you fall into the river from the SUP. * Towel * You will use this after the tour. [Please bring the following if needed] * Glasses strap * You cannot retrieve your glasses if you drop them in the river. Simple glasses straps are available here. * Hair tie * Useful for those with long hair. * Contact lenses * If you wear contact lenses, there is a possibility of dropping them during the tour, so please bring a spare pair.
Regarding rental equipment: There are no additional charges. SUP set, life jacket, river shoes

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
