Questions regarding reservations:
- Question 1: Please read all the questions below and answer "Yes" or "I agree" if you agree. [Conditions for participation] I will strictly follow the instructions and warnings of the staff when renting equipment. On the day of participation, I will not participate if I am fatigued, unwell, intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol, or under the influence of drugs.
- Question 2: [Regarding insurance] I understand that LaQua Marine Club, which provides the course and rentals, is insured, and that accidents and injuries that occur on the course or during rentals are covered by the insurance.
- Question 3: [Cancellation Policy] We have confirmed that the following cancellation fees apply to cancellations and date/time changes made within 5 days of the participation date: ・From 00:00 local time 5 days before the participation date to 23:59 local time 4 days before the participation date: 30% of the total reservation amount ・From 00:00 local time 3 days before the participation date to 23:59 local time 2 days before the participation date: 50% of the total reservation amount ・From 00:00 local time 1 day before the participation date to 23:59 local time 1 day before the participation date: 100% of the total reservation amount ・Cancellation on the day of the event: 100% of the total reservation amount
- Question 4: [LaQua Marine Club Usage Pledge] I pledge to abide by the rules and precautions and to take responsibility for my own safety when using LaQua Marine Club. I also acknowledge that if I am accompanied by someone, I will have the responsibility to ensure that they also strictly adhere to the rules and precautions. I agree that the liability of LaQua Marine Club and its captain and staff to me for any accidents or damages during the course shall be limited to the total amount I paid to LaQua Marine Club for the use of this service, except in cases where LaQua Marine Club or its employees, such as the captain and staff, are found to have acted with intent or gross negligence.
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The event can be held even in rainy weather, but please note that it will be canceled if there is a typhoon.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
