- As the route to the venue is difficult to navigate, all travelers driving themselves must meet at the Osato Bus Stop (Address: Shiraho, Ishigaki City, Okinawa) at 20:45, then follow the staff's vehicle to the experience venue (approx. 3-minute drive). Free parking is available at the venue.
- Natural Limitations for Stargazing -
- Ishigaki Island's weather is changeable, and cloud cover may affect the clarity of the stars. Please book with the understanding of these natural weather factors.
- On moonlit nights (days near the full moon), the moonlight may make it difficult to see fainter, smaller stars. During these times, the focus will be on viewing first and second-magnitude stars and observing craters on the moon's surface through astronomical telescopes.
- In the event of rain or poor weather, the organizer will assess safety and on-site conditions to decide whether the activity will continue.
- If the organizer determines the activity cannot proceed due to severe weather or force majeure, subsequent procedures and adjustments will depend on the actual on-site operations of the day.
- Depending on the ticket type, you may be required to present proof of identity. Failure to present the required documents may result in a price adjustment or refusal of entry.
- Clothing and On-site Recommendations -
- In summer, it is recommended to wear thin long-sleeved shirts and long pants to prevent mosquito bites (mosquito repellent is available on-site).
