For passengers aged 3-5, a bus seat will be provided during the itinerary for travel agency law and safety reasons, and this will incur a fee (seats will not be provided for taxis or free hotel shuttle buses). However, train seats, meals, and bedding at accommodations are not included. If you wish to book for a child, please select "child" in your reservation.
It takes approximately 20-30 minutes to walk from Kami-Suwa Station to the viewing area. (A tour guide will assist you.) You will be going to the viewing area with your large luggage. Please wear comfortable shoes.
We plan to arrive at the fireworks venue between 4 PM and 5 PM to avoid traffic congestion in the surrounding area. Since you may be waiting in the scorching sun, we recommend bringing sun protection items such as a hat. After the fireworks display, we will use the train to avoid the crowds. Due to the expected heavy congestion, it will be difficult for the tour guide to lead everyone together. Please go to Kami-Suwa Station individually and then board the train to Shiojiri Station, the meeting station. Please note that seats are unreserved and you may not be able to find a seat.
We will be arriving late at night, as we will be checking into our accommodation after watching the fireworks display.
In case of rain, you will not be able to view the event with an umbrella. Please be sure to bring a raincoat.
The fireworks display will proceed rain or shine, but may be canceled in case of severe weather. If the tour is canceled after departure, the tour price will not be refunded.
Even if you book a room for two people, you may be assigned two single rooms.
A fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for any changes to the meal plan due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., plus any difference in price. Please notify us at least 14 days before your departure date. For requests made after that, please contact us to discuss.
We will send you information about round-trip transportation and accommodation approximately 5 days before your departure date.
Please leave the seating arrangements for transportation (bus, airplane, train, etc.) and accommodation room assignments to us. Even when booking for two or more people, train seats may not be adjacent or may be separated. Please understand this in advance.
