Purchase Notice
To ensure a smooth makeup process and the best results, please prepare the following before your visit.
1. Please complete basic cleansing and moisturizing before your visit. If your skin is too dry or overly oily, the makeup may not adhere well.
2. If you require makeup, please avoid wearing heavey makeup beforehand. If you arrive with makeup on, please arrive 15 minutes early to cleanse it yourself.
3. Please avoid treatments that may affect makeup results, such as exfoliation, chemical peeling(acid treatments), dermatology procedures, or excessive skincare before your visit.
4. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or any specific skin conditions, please inform our staff in advance.
5. If the makeup process is delayed due to insufficient personal preparation (e.g., not cleansing in advance or skin condition issues), the additional time will be counted as part of your reserved service time.
6. If you have recently undergone dermatology or cosmetic procedures (including injections, laser treatments, or skin treatments) and proceed with makeup during a recovery period despite advising of potential risks, the studio will not be responsibile for any skin troubles, allergic reactions, infections, or other side effects that may occur aferward.
7. To maintain high-quality makeup results and ensure smooth service for all customers, please arrive on time for your reservation.
8. If a makeup customer arrives more than 10 minutes late, the service time may be delayed or adjusted depending on other reservations scheduled that day.

Refund policy
• 100% refund if canceled by 24 (KST), 1 day(s) before travel date
• No refunds will be issued after the period specified above.
• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
※ If you are more than 1 hour late, your reservation will be canceled and no refund will be provided.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
