Changes & Cancellations
Routes may be altered, delayed, or sightseeing time shortened due to road conditions, bad weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, please note that no refunds will be provided for same-day cancellations.
Flower Blooms The blooming status of flowers at Farm Tomita and Shikisai-no-Oka varies depending on the season and weather.

①About Meeting Time & Location
Meeting Time：Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before departure.
Important: To ensure an on-time departure for all guests, the bus will leave promptly at the scheduled time. We cannot wait for late arrivals. Failure to arrive on time will be treated as a "No-Show without Notice," and no refunds will be provided.
Reservation Only: This tour is reservation-based. The bus will only stop at locations specified in your booking.
Check in Advance: Please make sure to confirm your meeting location in advance to avoid any confusion on the day of the tour.
②Bus Etiquette & Boarding Instructions
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus.
Mobile Phones: Please set your mobile phone to silent mode. We kindly ask that you refrain from making or receiving calls while on board.
Seatbelts: For your safety, please keep your seatbelt fastened at all times while the bus is in motion.
Courtesy: Please be mindful of other passengers and refrain from any behavior that may cause a disturbance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
