Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- In the event of tour cancellation due to inclement weather, the decision will be made on the day of the tour. Our staff will contact you on the day. We appreciate your understanding as this is for the safety of the tour.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- This is a half-day tour (approximately 2-3 hours), but please remember to take precautions against heatstroke. Please use the restroom before joining the tour.
Other special notes:
- Departure and return times may change depending on weather and sea conditions.
Reminders
Ages of participation: 5 to 70 years old
Clothing and belongings: Swimsuit, heatstroke prevention measures (drinks, towel, sunscreen, etc.)
Regarding rental equipment: Masks, snorkels, fins, and life jackets are available for free rental!

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
