I. Pre-departure Confirmation and Notification
We will send a tour confirmation letter, containing the final meeting point, time, tour guide's contact information, and vehicle license plate information, to your registered email address before 9:00 PM Japan time the day before departure. Please check your inbox (including your spam folder). If you do not receive it by then, please contact us immediately. If you receive multiple notifications, please refer to the latest one.
II. Service Model and Basic Rules
1. Service Mode: Depending on the final number of participants, the following two modes may be arranged:
• Driver/Guide: Suitable for small groups of 4-13 people. The driver prioritizes safe driving and provides basic explanations.
• Driver + Guide: Suitable for groups of 14-45 people, with services provided by a professional guide.
2. Group Tour Nature: This is a shared ride/group tour. You may share the vehicle with other passengers (including those from different countries and speaking different languages). Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be specified in advance. Special requests (such as family seating) can be noted, and we will try our best to coordinate, but cannot guarantee them.
3. Language of narration: The itinerary may provide narration in Chinese, English or Japanese, but a single language cannot be specified. The final decision will be made by the supplier based on the availability of the day.
III. Time, Assembly, and Late Arrival Policy
1. Punctuality Principle: Please confirm and arrive at the meeting point in advance. The vehicle will depart on time and will not wait. Late arrival, changes to the meeting point for personal reasons, or failure to board the vehicle will be considered as automatic abandonment of the trip, and no refund will be given.
2. Trip Duration: The trip duration is an estimate and the actual time may be significantly adjusted due to force majeure events such as traffic, weather, and holidays. We recommend avoiding scheduled follow-up activities after the trip; any losses incurred as a result will not be the responsibility of the traveler.
3. Itinerary Adjustments: To ensure safety and feasibility, the tour guide reserves the right to reasonably adjust the order and duration of visits to attractions without reducing the number of sightseeing spots. In case of severe weather, staff have the right to request the suspension of outdoor activities and negotiate alternative solutions.
IV. Important Regulations and Restrictions
1. Leaving the group midway: Leaving the group early or leaving the group midway through the trip is strictly prohibited. If you leave the group on your own, the uncompleted portion will be considered as an automatic abandonment, and no refund will be given. You will also be solely responsible for your personal safety and property after leaving the group.
2. Infant Policy: Infants under 3 years old travel free of charge, but must be informed to customer service in advance and noted in the remarks. Infants do not occupy a seat and must be held by a guardian. Those who do not note this in advance may be refused service due to vehicle capacity limitations.
3. Luggage and belongings:
Please travel light and do not bring luggage. Suitcases and large items cannot be stored in the vehicle.
Please keep your personal belongings safe. You will be solely responsible for any loss or damage.
4. Passenger Regulations: To maintain a clean environment inside the vehicle, the consumption of strongly scented foods and ice cream is prohibited. Any damage or stains to vehicle equipment will be subject to compensation based on actual losses.
5. Health and Preparation: Please take precautions against cold, heat, or rain according to the season and weather forecast.
V. Disclaimer and Refund Policy
1. Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delays, changes, cancellations or attraction closures caused by force majeure events such as traffic congestion, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, or holiday crowds, and no refunds will be issued as a result.
2. Seasonal activities: Cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, fireworks displays, etc., are greatly affected by natural conditions. If the actual results do not meet expectations, this will not be grounds for a refund. If the organizer does not officially cancel, the trip will proceed as scheduled.
3. Date and Usage: The service is valid only for the dates indicated on the order. If the date is changed without authorization, the merchant reserves the right to charge an additional 100% fee or refuse service. All consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the user.
