    Meeting time:

    • Please arrive 55 minutes before your reservation time. The experience is scheduled to start around 9:00 AM each day. We will inform you of whether the experience will be held or not and the confirmed departure time depending on the sea conditions the day before.

    • When checking in and out at Izukyu-Shimoda Station, you will be picked up and dropped off by someone from the accommodation. When you go on a diving experience, you will be picked up and dropped off in a vehicle from the diving company.

    • What to wear and what to bring: If you are diving, please bring a logbook and certification card that can prove the number of dives you have done and the date of your last dive.

    • Rental equipment: One oxygen tank is included with each scuba diving day. If you would like to rent other scuba diving equipment, please contact us separately.

    • Duration: 3 nights, 4 days Diving time: 5 hours (experience time: 3 hours)

    Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
    • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
    • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
    • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
    NOTE
    • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
