- There may be a queue for entry due to large crowds
- The venue is dimly lit, and certain areas include steps, bright lighting effects, or loud performances. Please be mindful of your physical condition at all times
- Some artworks feature mirrored floors. Visitors wearing skirts are advised to take appropriate precautions. Covers are available for loan on-site if needed
- Refrain from wearing shoes, bracelets, glow sticks, or any items that emit light, as these may affect other guests’ viewing experience
- The facility shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or disputes arising during your visit, except in cases where the facility is clearly at fault

- Children below primary school age must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older to enter the venue
- Children aged 3 and under can enter for free
- Junior high and high school students are required to present a valid student ID for verification upon entry
- Guests who purchase tickets for persons with disabilities must present a valid disability handbook upon entry (the “Mirairo ID” app may also be used as proof). Accompanying persons must enter the venue together with the ticket holder
