1. This product is a 10-hour private tour service, with the service time calculated from the agreed pick-up time.
2. When placing your order, please provide the number of passengers, the amount of luggage, the pick-up and drop-off locations, your contact information, the destinations you wish to visit, and whether you require a child seat.
   
3. The vehicle type will be arranged according to the travel plan, number of passengers, and amount of luggage. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, service may not be available or a different vehicle type may be required. Actual arrangements will be subject to confirmation by customer service.
   
4. Unless otherwise specified in the plan, all expenses, including entrance fees to attractions, meals, parking, highway tolls, facility admission fees, ferry tickets, and personal expenses, must be borne by the traveler.
   
5. The Fushimi Jukoku Boat Trip is a popular seasonal experience, and tickets must be booked by the traveler themselves. During cherry blossom season, it is recommended to book at least 7 days in advance on the official website. If you require our assistance with booking, please note this in your order notes, but success is not guaranteed. If the booking is successful, the traveler is responsible for the ticket cost.
   
6. The first child seat is provided free of charge; please note this when placing your order. Subsequent seats will incur an additional charge of 2,000 yen each.
   
7. In the event of weather conditions, traffic control, temporary closure of attractions, suspension of the Fushimi Jushokushu boat service, cancellation of boat trips, or other force majeure events, the driver will assist in adjusting the itinerary order or providing alternative attractions based on the situation on site.
   

Service overtime fee

If a passenger's lateness causes a delay to the trip, the passenger can choose to shorten the trip or retain the trip and pay the corresponding overtime service fee.

To ensure a smooth trip, the driver may adjust the return time or the order of attractions based on the day's traffic conditions. If the service time exceeds 10 hours, an overtime service fee of 5000 yen per hour will be charged, with any fraction of an hour counted as a full hour. Please pay the driver in cash at the end of the trip.

Parking Fee

Reimbursement will be based on actual expenses incurred. Please pay the driver in cash (Japanese Yen) at the end of the trip.

Vehicle cleaning fees

If there is vomiting, unpleasant odors, or other serious damage to the vehicle, a cleaning fee of 25,000 yen will be charged.

Child car seat (second or more)

The first child seat is provided free of charge; subsequent seats will incur an additional charge of 2,000 yen each.

Fushimi Ten Koku Boat Ticket

The Fushimi Jukoku ferry ticket is not included in this product and must be booked and paid for by the traveler independently. Tickets are extremely popular during cherry blossom season, and it is recommended to book at least 7 days in advance on the official website. If you require our assistance in booking, please indicate this in the order notes. However, due to limited ticket availability, limited seating, and official availability, we cannot guarantee a successful booking. Actual ticket prices, operating dates, ferry schedules, and booking rules are subject to the announcements on the official website.

How to Use Your Voucher

• Please present the e-voucher on-site
