How to use the DAJP Pass
1. Download the app https://lit.link/sanindmo
2. Enter the required information
3. Click the "Activate Pass" button on the top screen and enter the serial code.
*The serial code will be sent to your registered email address.
④ Press the "Activate Pass" button to get a QR code
5) Scan the QR code at the facility to enter.
★The 72-hour countdown begins when you first enter the facility.
*We recommend that you complete steps 1 and 4 before you depart for your trip. There will be no refunds even if you are unable to activate the service after arriving in Japan due to communication issues, etc.
About rental cars
・The rental car company will contact you by the day before to inform you of the rental car pick-up location and other necessary information.
・Please bring a valid driver's license and passport.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 16 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 7 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 6 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 5 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
