Minimum Participants: The tour operates with one participant.
Pick-up and drop-off available from Nagasaki City hotels, Nagasaki Station, or desired locations in the city center.
Duration: The total tour time is approximately 7.5 hours.
Extension Fees: If you request an extension on the day of the tour, additional charges apply as follows: Standard Taxi ¥2,630 per 30 minutes; Specific Large Taxi ¥3,880 per 30 minutes. Payment is made on site.
Vehicles: Transportation is provided by Standard Taxi (up to 2 guests), Alphard (up to 4 guests), or Jumbo Taxi (up to 8 guests). If an Alphard is unavailable, a Jumbo Taxi will be arranged even for a single participant.

This tour takes approximately 7.5 hours.
After lunch, you may enjoy the hot spring; however, please strictly observe the departure time. Please bring your own towel.
During the My Chopsticks Making Experience, sandpaper and a branding iron are used. Please take care to avoid dust entering your eyes or affecting your breathing, and be cautious to prevent burns or other injuries.
Notes for Dolphin Watching Boarding:
Prior to boarding, passenger registration is required, including name, age, and passport number (passport number for foreign nationals only). Please prepare this information in advance.
Wearing a life jacket is mandatory on board.
If you are prone to seasickness, please take motion sickness medication before boarding.
Boats will depart even in rainy weather, provided sea conditions are safe and waves are not high.
Depending on sea conditions, pregnant women, elderly guests, small children, or those in poor health may be asked to refrain from participating.
Please prepare appropriate protection: sun protection in summer (sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, towel) and warm clothing in winter (down jacket, knit hat, gloves, scarf, earmuffs).
If sea conditions change suddenly, the tour may be cancelled for safety reasons, even just before departure.
In case of cancellation, the plan will switch to the My Chopsticks Making Experience or an alternative Unzen sightseeing plan. No refund will be provided for the dolphin watching portion.
As dolphins are wild animals, sightings are not guaranteed, and on rare occasions they may not be seen.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
