- Service Introduction -

Usage Time: 5/7 hours of vehicle usage for round trips within Kagoshima city/Kagoshima port. There will be a price difference for departures or drop-offs at different locations (please reconfirm with customer service when booking).

Departure Time & Location: According to passenger requirements.

Itinerary Distance: The total travel distance must be within 150 km (the route must be reasonable and not involve backtracking). For itineraries exceeding 150 km, a fee of JPY 300 per kilometer will be charged.
If you have specific, more distant attractions in mind, please consult with customer service before booking.

Service Hours: 08:00-20:00

Driver Language: Japanese-speaking driver

Vehicle Types:

Comfortable 5-seater (including infants) (can accommodate 3 passengers + 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

Business 10-seater (including infants) (can accommodate 9 passengers + 6-8 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

Note: Infants and children are counted as passengers. Child seats are not provided.

Standard Luggage Size: 24-26 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or strollers. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces.

Overload Risk: If you have a lot of luggage or large items, we recommend booking an appropriate vehicle type to ensure everything can be accommodated. Any additional costs incurred due to failure to follow the recommended passenger and luggage capacity for the vehicle type must be borne by the passenger.

If the rental duration is exceeded, an overtime fee will be charged. This fee will be collected directly by the driver; please pay the driver in cash.

Overtime Fee Details:

5-seater: 6,000 JPY per hour

10-seater: 10,000 JPY per hour

Surcharge(s)

1. Overtime Fee Details: 5-seater: ¥6000/hour; 10-seater: ¥10000/hour

2. For total trips exceeding 150 kilometers, a charge of ¥300/kilometer will be applied.

3. Price differences may apply for departures or returns from different locations (please confirm with customer service again when placing your order).

Reminders

  • When placing your order, please be sure to fill in your contact information (WhatsApp and WeChat are preferred; if you are using Line, please confirm your contact information with us in the comments section of the platform. Thank you for your understanding!).

  • After placing your order, please contact customer service promptly to facilitate communication regarding your itinerary and vehicle arrangements. The supplier will send you driver information one day before departure (no later than 3 hours before your ride). Please note that you will be waiting for the driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.

  • For rentals exceeding the allotted time due to traffic congestion, an additional fee will still be charged, regardless of natural causes or traffic control measures.

  • If the number of luggage and passengers is deemed insufficient to accommodate the passenger, we will discuss with you whether to change the vehicle type or cancel the order. If the actual number of luggage on site does not match the number filled in when ordering, and the site cannot accommodate the luggage, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without refund. Please be aware of this.
