<How to visit our store>
*On the day of your visit, please arrive at the Sky Restaurant 634 dedicated reception counter at the West Entrance on the 4th floor of Tokyo Solamachi® Tower Yard at least 30 minutes before your reservation time and state your tour name and your name. You will receive your admission ticket and then take the elevator to the observation deck yourself.
Upon arrival, please proceed to Sky Restaurant 634 on Floor 345 at your reserved time.

<Regarding the dress code>
Sky Restaurant 634 has a "smart casual" dress code.
The following clothing items are not permitted.
We apologize for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
T-shirt
・Shorts
• Sandals (rubber soles)
Sleeveless clothing such as running shirts and tank tops
Lightweight clothing suitable for sportswear
*The dress code applies to children aged 6 and older.
If your attire is deemed inappropriate for our dress code, we reserve the right to refuse entry.
<For customers with allergies or dietary restrictions>
We kindly request that customers who fall into this category inform us of this in advance when booking their tour.
We will not be able to accommodate requests made on-site on the day of the event.
Also, vegetarians, vegans, and those with dietary restrictions for religious reasons,
We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate requests from individuals who cannot consume either dairy products or eggs, or those with severe allergies that make cross-contamination unacceptable.
The restaurant will call you (03-3625-0345) one week before your reservation date to confirm.
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 5 day(s) before the departure date
Please arrive at the designated location 5 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
If you arrive at JR Ryogoku Station after 3 PM, we will not be able to hand over your tickets.
During sumo matches, large luggage such as suitcases cannot be placed on the seats. Please make arrangements to leave your luggage elsewhere beforehand.
Bringing food, drinks, and alcohol into Ryogoku Kokugikan is prohibited. Please use the shops inside the venue.
Please refrain from moving around during matches, the sumo wrestlers' ring-entering ceremonies, and the Yokozuna's ring-entering ceremonies.
