Questions about booking:

• Question 1: Please enter the age, height, weight, and shoe size of all participants. For height and weight, you can enter your usual clothing size (e.g., women's size M).
• Question 2: Please let us know if you have a scuba diving license.

Regarding cancellation of the event:

• If the aquarium is closed due to bad weather or other reasons, the experience may also be canceled. In that case, there will be no cancellation fee, but we will not compensate for aquarium admission fees or transportation costs to the tour location. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note the following when participating in this course:

• ■Those who meet the following criteria are not permitted to participate: those under 10 years of age, those over 65 years of age, pregnant women, those who have difficulty walking independently, those who plan to board a plane within the next 18 hours, those who will travel to a high altitude (300m or higher) within the next 18 hours, and those with certain medical conditions. ■Please arrive at Shimoda Aquarium early on the day of your reservation. If you are unable to make the start time due to unforeseen circumstances or traffic congestion, your reservation will be canceled on the day of your reservation. ■Cancellations made two days prior, the day before, or on the day of your reservation will incur our standard cancellation fee. ■If you cancel on the day of your reservation due to personal reasons such as illness, you will be charged the full cancellation fee. Please also note that no refunds will be given if you are unable to enter the water for personal reasons after participating in the trial dive. ■For safety reasons, we will refuse participation in the trial dive if you have been drinking or are under the influence of alcohol on the day of your reservation. In such cases, a cancellation fee will be charged. ■In winter, the water temperature may drop below 15°C.

The content is the same regardless of the course you choose. *For safety reasons, only four people, including the instructor, are allowed in the pool at one time.
