What You Can Expect

Meet at Miyama Limestone Cave. Meet at Miyama Limestone Cave! Reception. Change clothes in the changing room. It is 5 minutes to Onitani Lake. Please follow our company vehicle in your own car.
Listen to the safety talk. Before the tour starts, after warming up on land, practice how to use the SUP board and paddle. The instructor will explain everything clearly and carefully, even for beginners.
Let's try riding the SUP. With support from the instructor, hop on the SUP board and set off! First, paddle forward while sitting on the board!
Let's try standing up on the SUP. Once you can balance, try standing up and paddling.
Challenge yourself with SUP activities. The appeal is that you can enjoy it at your own pace. If you tell the instructor your requests, such as 'I want to try SUP yoga!' or 'I want to play in the water!', they will arrange the tour content for you.
SUP experience with your dog. If you prepare a life jacket specifically for dogs, you can enjoy SUP with your beloved pet.
Children are geniuses at play. Kids from 1st grade of elementary school are welcome to join! Have a survival game with a large group on the SUP to see who stays on! During cold seasons, we provide wetsuits that offer high heat retention and buoyancy, so you will be perfectly fine even if you fall into the water.
Tea time on the water. During the tour, the instructor may take a break on the SUP board while checking on the participants. Take a breather while enjoying seasonal hot or cold drinks.
SUP tour ends. Once you return to the starting point, the tour is over. Travel back to the meeting point in your own car. Change clothes and dismiss. Thank you for your hard work.

Regarding cancellation of the event:

Regarding cancellations, we will contact you in advance if there is a possibility of cancellation to avoid having to gather at the site on the day and then have the event canceled. If the event is canceled before the program has even begun, we will refund the full participation fee or reschedule the date. Because this is an outdoor activity, we may be forced to cancel the event on the day or midway through the program due to unexpected and sudden changes in weather. In such cases, guests will be responsible for accommodation and transportation costs. Please note that if the program is canceled midway through, we will discuss refunds depending on the circumstances. Please contact us in advance if you are staying overnight at a hotel or other accommodation. If cancellation is expected, we will contact you the day before (usually by the night before). If it is difficult to make a decision, we will contact you on the day to let you know whether the event will proceed or not, before your departure time. *In such cases, we will ask for a time to contact you in advance.
