Please note the following when participating in this course:
- Please note: Poring bears cannot be taken home on the day of the experience. They will be sent by cash-on-delivery mail after they have completely dried. This takes approximately one week. Please note that each person is limited to one piece of work. As the store is small, we ask that customers who are not participating in the experience refrain from visiting. If a child is participating in the experience, a companion fee of 2,200 yen will be charged per person.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 2 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
