  • Go river rafting using an inflatable kayak, also known as a 'ducky'! Let's paddle our own kayaks down the Tokigawa River, which flows through Ranzan Town and Higashimatsuyama City in Saitama Prefecture! Enjoy the scenery, watch for aquatic life, and fully immerse yourself in nature! These kayaks are enjoyed by paddling with a tool called a 'paddle' that has a 'blade' at both ends. The hull is designed to be inflated with air, offering excellent maneuverability and portability. When deflated, it becomes smaller than a tent, making it compact enough to easily transport in a passenger car. Of course, the buoyant hull is built with multiple chambers, so even if one chamber loses buoyancy, the others provide backup, allowing you to enjoy the experience with peace of mind. An experienced instructor will accompany the tour, and since the river is gentle enough for beginners, it is highly recommended for families and couples trying kayaking for the first time, as you can navigate the river safely and securely! We will teach you how to hold the paddle, how to row, and how to ride. We take plenty of time for practice at the beginning, so you won't be thrown straight into the river rafting. Once you get used to maneuvering the kayak, the river rafting begins!! Since it is a gentle river, you can control the kayak yourselves and get a solid feel for steering!   • Question 4: We ask that those who have been drinking alcohol on the day of the tour refrain from participating. Those who cannot listen to or follow the guide's instructions will also be asked to refrain from participating.
  • Question 5: Pregnant women are not permitted to participate.

Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • The tour will be cancelled if severe weather is expected, such as when a typhoon is approaching. The tour will also be cancelled if the river water level exceeds the water level specified by our company.

Please note the following when participating in this course:

  • Late arrivals and delays may result in you not being able to participate. Preschool children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have their consent before participating.

Other important points to note:

  • Please refrain from participating if you have been drinking alcohol or are pregnant. Also, if you are not feeling well on the day of the event, please refrain from participating.

・Meeting time: Please arrive 15 minutes before the meeting time. ・Meeting place: sherpa [Regarding pick-up/drop-off] We provide pick-up from 'Myokaku Station' on the JR Hachiko Line. Pick-up is also available at the Tobu Tojo Line Tsukinowa Station South Exit rotary.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
