- This plan is for international guests who are not comfortable with Japanese. An English-speaking guide will accompany you. This is for those who want to fully enjoy kayaking and river activities. The program lasts approximately 3 hours from reception to dismissal. It is designed for kayaking beginners, so you can experience it with peace of mind. We use calm sections of the river, so there is almost no risk of capsizing.
- Recommended for those who want to explore the Kinugawa River!
- During the experience, you can paddle through jungle-like trees, get splashed by a waterfall flowing with hot spring water, and even enjoy jumping from a 5-meter-high rock. You can easily enjoy the great nature of Kinugawa while being very close to the hot spring town. This program allows you to fully enjoy river activities by kayak.
- This is a kayaking plan for beginners.
- This plan is for those riding a kayak for the first time. You can choose between a 9:30 or 13:30 start time, and the tour will last for 3 hours from then. Free shuttle service is available within Kinugawa Onsen. Free hot water showers are provided.
- There are endless ways to have fun!
- There are many rare plants and animals on the tour course. You can leisurely observe wild flowers blooming depending on the season, as well as rare animals and fish, or you can actively enjoy river play. We will enjoy the tour by setting various courses and incorporating river activities according to the guests' situation. Depending on the river conditions, those who wish can also try jumping from a rock or getting splashed by a waterfall.

What You Can Expect

- 09:50Land training. We will teach you how to hold the paddle, so beginners are welcome.
- 10:00Small children are welcome to participate. Children 100cm or taller can participate.
- 10:00Single kayak. You can choose between a single or two-person kayak in advance.
- 10:00Two-person kayak. You can choose between a single or two-person kayak in advance.
- 10:20Approach the waterfall. Let's get close to the small waterfall.
- 10:20Schools of small fish. In summer, schools of small fish gather in the small streams of the tributaries.
- 11:30Depending on field conditions and your paddling skills, those who wish can also try the faster rapids.
- 11:30Jumping challenge. Depending on field conditions, those who wish can also try jumping from a rock.
- 12:00Commemorative photo, changing clothes, and dismissal. After enjoying kayaking to the fullest, we will take a commemorative photo at the goal point. We will dismiss after you change clothes.

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The event will be held in snowy or rainy weather. Even in heavy rain, the event will be held as long as the river water level is within safety standards. In the event of cancellation, we will contact the person who made the reservation by 8:00 PM the day before the event. If we do not receive any contact, the event will generally be held, so thank you for your understanding. However, in rare cases, due to weather disaster warnings, we may be forced to cancel the event at the last minute if safety cannot be ensured. Please note that in the event of cancellation at the last minute, participants will be responsible for transportation costs to the site. Furthermore, if the event is canceled at the last minute for unavoidable reasons, we will reschedule the participation date or refund the full participation fee already paid.

- ・Small children must be over 100cm tall to participate. *Children between 5 and 12 years old must ride with a parent or guardian. ・Please refrain from bringing photography equipment onto the field.

Regarding rental equipment: *On hot days, we will not be wearing the free cold weather rental clothing to prevent heatstroke. We will be covering the tour in light clothing such as T-shirts and shorts. *On cold or rainy days, we will provide wetsuits to protect against the cold.

Take the Tohoku Expressway from Utsunomiya IC to the Nikko-Utsunomiya Expressway and exit at Imaichi IC.
Drive toward Kinugawa Onsen for approximately 15 minutes.
Take the Tohoku Expressway from Urawa IC to Imaichi IC for approximately 90 minutes (approximately 118 km).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
