Questions about booking:
- Question 1: Please let us know the participant's age, height, weight, and shoe size.
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The tour may be cancelled in the event of bad weather such as an approaching typhoon. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- Eligibility: Participants must be between the ages of 10 and 65 and in good physical and mental health. (Those 65 years of age or older must submit a doctor's certificate.) Those who will not be flying on the day after diving are not permitted to participate. *Those 66 years of age or older are not permitted to participate. Please note. *If you have a chronic illness, a medical certificate may be required even if you are under 65. *Those 65 years of age or older, those with a history of cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, epilepsy, or other conditions, or those with a past medical history or current medical or medication status, are required to submit a doctor's certificate in advance. Please contact us for details. *Please note that some participants may be unable to participate due to their medical history, medical treatment, or medication status. Pregnant women are also not permitted to participate. *Due to atmospheric pressure, you will not be able to board a plane on the day of diving. *Please bring your own swimsuit and bath towel. Please also bring motion sickness medication and sunscreen if necessary. *The price includes guide fee, boat fee, equipment, and insurance. *Only a small area of the boat is shaded during the tour. Please be sure to wear sunscreen before participating. *The tour will be held even in the rain. *The tour may be canceled depending on the sea conditions on the day.
Other important points to note:
- *You can join a diving course after boarding your flight, but you cannot join an introductory diving or fun diving course on the day you are scheduled to board your flight. *The minimum number of participants is two, but if other customers have booked the same course, you can make a reservation even if you are alone. Please contact us for details. *During the Golden Week and Obon holidays, there will be an additional 2,000 yen per person.

Please use the nearby Yashima Dai-ni Parking Lot. (2-minute walk/paid parking/100 yen per hour)
・For those arriving by other means:
A shuttle service is available for hotels in the city.
Some hotels are excluded. Reservations are required, so please make your reservation by messaging the shop directly by 5:00 PM the day before.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
