Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • Please note that the tour may not be held due to weather conditions on the day. If the tour is canceled after arriving at the destination, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses or other expenses.

・Meeting Time: 8:30–9:30 ・Meeting Point: There is no fixed meeting point. ※We will pick you up at your accommodation or Kumejima Airport between 8:30 and 9:30. 　Please let us know your preferred pick-up location when booking.

How to Get There
・By car: From Kumejima Airport to the inn and shop, it's about a 20-minute bus or taxi ride. (Shop staff will provide transportation when available.)

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
