Regarding cancellation of the event:

- ・Please be sure to follow the guide's instructions to avoid any danger. ・Depending on how you play, you may experience mild whiplash or muscle pain, so please be aware of this before participating in this course.
Other important points to note:
- If any intentional damage to equipment is found, the customer will be required to pay full compensation.

Participant age: 6 to 60 years old
What to wear and what to bring: ・You can change clothes on site (on the boat), but our shop generally does not stop at the shop when picking you up or dropping you off, so please put on your swimsuit beforehand. ・Please wear footwear that you don't mind getting wet, such as beach sandals. ・Please refrain from wearing leather shoes or sneakers. (Shower facilities are available at the shop. Please let us know in advance if you plan to use them.)
Rental equipment: Snorkeling equipment, diving equipment, life jackets, wetsuits, marine boots
Duration: This tour will take place during high tide. Two 15-minute trips will be conducted. The duration will vary depending on the number of participants that day. We will contact you in advance.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
