What You Can Expect

1. Gathering and registration. After gathering, we will check the sea conditions and provide safety instructions. We will also fit you with your equipment and ask about your pace and any photos you would like to take.
2. Preparation and travel. We'll practice getting on and paddling in shallow water before setting off. You'll get used to SUP at your own pace.
