Questions regarding reservations:

Question 1: Please indicate the number of preschool-aged children participating. (Only for those who are eligible.)
Question 2: If you require transportation, please specify your preferred location (around the city center). If meeting by rental car, please provide the vehicle type and license plate number.
Question 3: Height, weight, age, and gender of all participants.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

The event may be canceled due to inclement weather or other reasons. In such cases, we will not be able to compensate for transportation costs to the event venue. Thank you for your understanding.

Important notes regarding course participation:

・Each boat can accommodate up to two people. [Total weight limit is 150 kg. Please contact us before booking if you exceed this limit.] Preschool children must be held on an adult's lap. One preschool child per adult is allowed. ・Start times vary depending on the season. Summer: Approximately 6:15 PM Winter: Approximately 5:15 PM ・Due to wind or sea conditions, the location may be changed or the tour may be canceled at short notice. In such cases, we will notify you by phone.
