Questions about booking:
- Question 1: Please enter the weight of each participant in the parasailing experience. (Example: 52 kg, 76 kg, 23 kg) *If there is a discrepancy between the declared weight and the actual weight, it may cause a safety issue. Please enter the correct weight.
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The captain or instructor may, at their discretion, cancel the tour even at the last minute due to worsening weather, poor ocean conditions, trouble with the boat or equipment, etc. Even in such cases, we will not compensate for transportation costs to the meeting point, etc. If the captain or instructor determines that the tour cannot be conducted safely due to worsening weather, poor ocean conditions, trouble with the boat or equipment, someone becoming ill, someone not following the captain or instructor's instructions, or someone behaving in a way that is disruptive to the captain, instructor, or other participants, the tour content may be changed or the tour may be canceled.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- The captain and instructors may cancel the tour at the last minute due to adverse weather conditions, poor ocean conditions, vessel or equipment problems, etc. Even in such cases, we cannot compensate for transportation costs to the meeting point. Pregnant women and those who have consumed alcohol are not permitted on board. Please contact us in advance if you have a chronic illness or are currently receiving medical treatment. The representative making the reservation should confirm the health status of all participants in advance. For your safety, the captain and instructors may refuse participation at their discretion. If the captain and instructors determine that the tour cannot be conducted safely due to adverse weather conditions, poor ocean conditions, vessel or equipment problems, or if someone is feeling unwell, or if someone is behaving in a way that is disruptive to the captain and instructors or other participants, the tour content may be changed or canceled.
Other important points to note:
- Your Churaumi Aquarium ticket will be distributed after the parasailing experience. It cannot be given before the parasailing experience. Tickets are valid for approximately one month from the date of participation. Transportation is not provided. The tour will meet and disband at the same location. The meeting point is Motobu Port. Please do not meet at an office or store. There are no changing rooms or restrooms at the meeting point. Please be sure to use them beforehand. We can guide you to nearby shower facilities on your way back. If you would like to use these facilities, please speak to a local staff member. If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to board. Please be sure to arrive with ample time. The flight schedule will vary depending on the wind and waves on the day. The captain and instructors will decide on the number of people in the air at the same time, the pairs flying together, and the order in which they will fly, based on the weather and ocean conditions on the day, with safety as their top priority. We may not be able to accommodate your requests. Thank you for your understanding. If you cancel after 6:00 PM on the day before your reservation date for your own reasons (including cancellation without notice), a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel due to our reasons, such as a worsening weather or poor ocean conditions, or trouble with the boat or equipment, there will be no cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

Participant age: 4 to 65 years old
Clothing and belongings: Clothing: Clothing that can get wet (skirts and high heels are not allowed) *Basically, you will take off from the boat and return to the boat, but in the event of ship trouble or worsening sea conditions, you may land in the sea. *Depending on the sea conditions, you may get splashed by waves. *During the parasailing experience, you will remove your shoes and participate barefoot. Items to bring (essential): Change of clothes, bath towel *Only minimal belongings such as a camera, cell phone, and car keys are allowed on the boat. *This is an activity conducted on a boat. Taking motion sickness medication is recommended if possible. *If you are concerned about sunburn, please bring sunscreen and sun protection products. Useful items to bring: Sandals that can get wet (high heels are not allowed), waterproof case for cell phone or camera (straps are recommended), sunglasses, jacket (in winter or bad weather)

Free parking is available within Motobu Port. Please be sure to park your car in our free parking lot.
*From Motobu Port, it takes approximately 2 hours to get to Naha Airport and approximately 10 minutes to get to Churaumi Aquarium.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
