What You Can Expect

- Meeting point. Please meet at the Hija River Nature Experience Center! Free parking space is available.
- Free rental equipment. Staff will guide you regarding your belongings, valuables, and restrooms. You will wear a life jacket and change into special sandals.
- Guidance in the exhibition room. First, we will talk about the nature of the Hija River in the center's exhibition room♪
- Paddle practice! Let's practice how to row before we set off! It is safe even for first-timers♪
- Departure! It is finally time to set off! First, we will head toward the river and introduce you to the mangroves.
- Start from the river! We start from the river! We will head toward the sea while observing the nature of the river.
- Head to the East China Sea for the sunset. We will aim for the East China Sea where the sun sets in time for the sunset!
- Commemorative photo shoot. A memory of your trip! Take a commemorative photo with the sunset sinking into the horizon♪
- Change clothes with peace of mind in our comfortable facility. With changing rooms and shower rooms, you can change easily. You can even head straight to dinner plans afterward!

Questions regarding reservations:
- Question 1: Please let us know if you require pick-up and drop-off service to the Mizugama bus stop. ★For the time being, we are unable to provide pick-up and drop-off service for buses departing at 9:00 AM. Pick-up and drop-off service is not available during the following periods. - Question 2: If children are participating, please indicate their ages.
- Question 3: For reservations for "students only" such as taxi training or school trips, please write the following in the "Remarks" section: "School name, age, and emergency contact phone number (e.g., a teacher who will be in Okinawa on the day of the trip)."
- Question 4: If the reservation is made by minors only, please write their age and guardian's (emergency contact phone number) in the "Remarks" section.
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- If we determine that safety is compromised due to sudden bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the event.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- *SUPs are unstable. There is a significant risk of falling into the water, so please be sure to bring a change of clothes. *For safety reasons, pregnant women and those who have consumed alcohol on the day of the activity are not permitted to participate in SUPs. *Children under 9 years old may be required to ride with an adult. Please consult with us in advance if you wish to participate. *SUPs are easily affected by wind, so depending on the weather on the day of your activity, we may suggest changing to kayaking.
Other special notes:
- ・All tours will proceed regardless of rain. ・Tour dates and times may be changed or the tour may be canceled depending on the field conditions. ・For sunset kayak and SUP tours, we may suggest changing to a mangrove tour depending on the field conditions. ・There will be no cancellation fee if the tour is canceled at our discretion. ・For safety reasons, those who have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol will not be allowed to participate. ・For kayak tours, please inform us in advance if children under 2 years old will be participating, and for SUP tours, please inform us in advance if children under 9 years old will be participating. *Please inform us in advance if you require pick-up and drop-off. *Pick-up and drop-off will be provided after you arrive at the nearest bus stop, "Mizugama". Please allow ample time to arrive. *For large groups of 5 or more people or if you have large luggage, pick-up and drop-off may be provided in two separate vehicles. *Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel due to your own circumstances. *If we determine that safety is compromised due to sudden bad weather, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In that case, we will contact you by phone at least one hour before the scheduled start time.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
