Regarding cancellation of the event:

• *If we determine that the service cannot be carried out safely due to ocean conditions, we will hold the course at an alternative location. There will be no refunds for cancellations or suspensions at the customer's discretion. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note the following when participating in this course:

• Please refrain from participating if you are 4 years of age or older and are pregnant. If you have any chronic illnesses such as respiratory, circulatory, coronary artery, or arrhythmia, please consult with your doctor. Not permitted if you have taken any sleeping medication or consumed alcohol. *Participants must fill out the separate [Consent Form] before participating in the program. Minors must have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are visiting alone as a minor, please download the form here and have a parent or guardian sign it before coming to the store.

Other important points:

• As the parasailing service will be held at two locations (Uruma City Undersea Road and Cape Maeda in Onna Village), there will be travel between locations. Please bring clothing that you don't mind getting wet (swimsuit, sandals, etc.). We recommend wearing a warm nylon jacket or sweater when parasailing. The location and course may change due to bad weather. If we determine that the service cannot be performed safely due to ocean conditions, we will hold the course at an alternative location. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that the time may change or preparation time may be required depending on the weather and ocean conditions on the day. Customers making reservations on the day or the day before can also make reservations by phone.
