Regarding cancellation of the event:
- If the tour cannot be held due to weather conditions, there will be no cancellation fee.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- The tour may be canceled or the tour time may be changed due to weather conditions. If the tour is canceled due to bad weather, a full refund will be provided. Guests are responsible for preparing their own cold weather gear, waterproof clothing, hats, sunscreen, etc. Please refrain from wearing high heels on board. Food and drink may be brought on board the cruiser. (We can arrange this upon request.) Swimming after drinking alcohol is prohibited. If you are prone to seasickness, we recommend taking anti-sickness medication. Guests are not permitted to operate the boat themselves. If the facility determines that the charter cannot be carried out due to weather conditions, no cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel for your own reasons, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged two days or more prior to the tour date. If you cancel the day before or on the day of the tour, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel without notice for any reason, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Reminders
Participant age: 6 to 60 years old
What to wear and bring: Swimsuit, change of clothes, bath towel, etc.
Rental equipment: life jacket, snorkel, marine shoes, swim ring, mermaid, GoPro *All items incur a fee.
Duration Comments: Boat charter: 1 hour 25,000 yen, half day (4 hours) 55,000 yen, 1 day (7 hours) 80,000 yen, single day rental 50,000 yen

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
