All BBQ equipment and ingredients are provided, so you can come empty-handed! You can start your BBQ at your preferred time, so please feel free to ask our staff! 〜Day's Schedule〜 ① Free Pick-up After arriving at Tsuken Port, we will provide free transportation to the beach where the event is held. ② Activity Experience & BBQ You can start your boat snorkeling and BBQ at your preferred time. If there are other items you would like to try besides boat snorkeling, please feel free to ask our local staff. ③ Experience Conclusion After you have finished showering and changing, we will provide free transportation back to the port to match your departure ferry. ・Customers who write a review on the day will receive their choice of shaved ice, water (500ml), or Sanpin tea (500ml) as a gift!

- Question 1: Please let us know the number of people ordering BBQ and the ages of children if they will be joining us.
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- ・If the ferry is cancelled due to a typhoon or strong wind, the tour will be cancelled. We may also cancel the tour at our discretion if the beach at the tour location is rough and dangerous. ・We cannot compensate for transportation costs to the tour location. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・Please inquire if you would like to bring preschool children, and please make sure they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

・By car:
From Naha Airport, head to Heshikiya Port, located at the tip of the Katsuren Peninsula, on the central east side of Okinawa's main island, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away.
You can park in the free parking lot in front of Heshikiya Port.
Please purchase a ticket at the waiting area for the ferry.

As there are no trains nearby, you cannot access the island by train.
・By other means:
It is a 17-minute walk from Heshikiya bus stop.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
