Our signature yakitori uses 'Koshu Jidori' from Yamanashi Prefecture. By grilling carefully over Binchotan charcoal, you can fully enjoy the savory aroma of the charcoal and the delicious flavor of the ingredients. We offer seasonal a la carte dishes and a chef's choice course featuring a variety of cuts; please feel free to consult with us in advance regarding any ingredients you prefer to avoid. We carry a wide selection of local Yamanashi sake, limited edition sake, and wines that pair perfectly with our cuisine. Our chic, sophisticated space is equipped with both counter and table seating. Please use our restaurant for various occasions, such as dates and business dinners.
The yakitori is made with Yamanashi Prefecture's brand of chicken, "Koshu Jidori." It is characterized by its chewy meat and just the right amount of delicious fat. By carefully grilling it over binchotan charcoal, the outside is crispy and the inside is juicy. We also offer a la carte dishes that change with the seasons. One of the joys is discovering new flavors no matter how many times you visit. Enjoy our signature dishes in a relaxed atmosphere.
We offer a chef's choice course where you can taste a variety of cuts of meat. Each dish is presented in an easy-to-eat format, with fatty cuts followed by lighter dishes. We will check in advance if you have any allergies, so even first-timers can enjoy their meal with peace of mind.
We have a wide selection of sake that pairs perfectly with yakitori. We mainly serve local sake from Yamanashi, as well as limited edition sake that you won't normally find. The selection changes regularly, so you'll discover something new every time you visit. We also stock several wines that pair perfectly with our food, so please enjoy them with your meal.
Our restaurant has a chic, black-themed atmosphere. The slightly dim lighting creates a comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant offers counter seating where you can enjoy the savory aroma and sounds of yakitori right before your eyes, as well as table seating that can accommodate up to 12 people. It is ideal for dates, celebrations, and business occasions such as dinners and business entertainment. Private reservations for 15 to 17 people are also possible. Enjoy a memorable time with your loved ones while savoring the delicious flavors of Koshu Jidori chicken dishes.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
