Our menu features a wide variety of options, including hot and cold udon noodles that highlight our golden, flavorful Kansai-style dashi broth, raw soy sauce udon made with rich, aged soy sauce, and curry udon with a wide selection of toppings. We offer chewy udon noodles based on Sanuki udon from Kagawa Prefecture, one of Japan's leading udon producers. Our skilled artisans make our noodles using their own unique methods every day, and the fragrant, matured soy sauce in a wooden barrel enhances the flavor. Please feel free to enjoy our proud raw soy sauce udon.
The broth is a golden, light Kansai-style broth. The flavor of the ingredients is concentrated in the light taste, resulting in a taste you will never tire of. Enjoy this special broth, loved by customers for many years, with hot or cold udon noodles.
We offer a wide variety of menu items, from udon noodles made with fragrant, matured soy sauce, to hot and cold udon noodles enjoyed with Kansai-style broth, as well as curry udon. In addition to udon noodles, we also offer set meals with rice bowls such as "katsudon," "Japanese Black Beef Beef Bowl," and "tendon." You can casually enjoy a variety of hearty dishes.
