This French restaurant is quietly nestled in a quiet residential area of Ikejiri. Its simple white interior contrasts with its colorful dishes, offering a relaxing atmosphere. Born in Aomori Prefecture in 1980. Growing up watching his father, a Japanese cuisine chef, inspired him to aspire to become a chef. After graduating from Aomori Culinary Institute, he moved to Tokyo and learned the basics of French cuisine under Chef Kaneko of Nishi-Ogikubo's Saint-le-Sous. To experience the authentic French atmosphere, he traveled to France and studied under Chef Helene at the renowned Parisian restaurant Helene Darroze.
