Our large homemade shumai start at 99 yen each. Try them as they are! Enjoy them however you like, with the classic mustard, yuzu pepper, homemade spices, Kyoto-style dashi, and more! In addition to the classic shumai, we also offer shrimp, mentaiko shiso, hot chili, black, cheese, and lettuce shumai. Be sure to try our homemade shumai, which will have you reaching for your chopsticks! We also offer shumai for takeout and as souvenirs! Be sure to find your favorite shumai ♪
The "Steamed Vegetable Rolls" are dipped in a special soy sauce-based dipping sauce made in-house with bonito and kelp stock. The staff recommends the leek rolls! We also offer rolls with Chinese cabbage, mizuna, eggplant, okra, baby corn, and mushrooms! You can even try something different with bacon and eggs! You can order just one roll, so choose your favorite ingredients♪ In addition to the special dipping sauce, we also offer ponzu and sesame sauce! You can customize your dipping sauce to your liking!
Jukigen is also proud of its seafood delivered directly from the market! The sushi rolls, wrapped in special red vinegar rice, are the perfect snack to go with your drinks or as a final dish. The "Namida Roll" is also perfect for those who love spicy food, as you'll want to order it right away! In addition to the Tekka Roll, Toro Taku Roll, and Negitoro Roll, the "Jukigen Roll" wrapped in salmon or amberjack, the recommended fresh fish of the day, is a must-order! Don't forget to order the seafood rolls after enjoying the shumai and steamed vegetable rolls ♪
For groups of four or more, we recommend our signature "Seiromushi" (bamboo steamed dish), which is steamed right at your table! Steaming removes excess fat, making this healthy Wagyu beef guilt-free! Enjoy it with our special Kyoto-style dipping sauce for a satisfying meal, both visually and emotionally. We also offer udon noodles for the finale! Why not warm up with some freshly steamed udon noodles? We also offer a course with all-you-can-drink options. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
