This mapo tofu is made with coarsely chopped pork, giving it a meaty texture and a satisfying texture! It's made with our special chili bean paste and the Hanyuan Sichuan peppercorns, which are grown in the Hanyuan region of Sichuan Province. It's finished with several spices and homemade chili oil, creating a rich, fragrant dish that stimulates the appetite. It's perfect with rice or as a snack with alcohol.
