We use Matsuyama chicken, a specialty of Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture. By adding essential oils, a combination of active ingredients extracted from various herbs and spices, to the chicken's feed, the chicken is free of the typical odor and is characterized by its high quality and freshness. At Maruhachi, we deliberately cut the yakitori into large pieces, skewer it, and grill it using high-temperature far-infrared rays, resulting in a crispy outside and juicy inside that is extremely satisfying to eat. Enjoy it with your favorite flavors, such as our original sauce or carefully selected Niigata brand salt.

Located right across from Don Quijote, Yakitori Maruhachi can accommodate up to 54 guests. From table seating and couples' seats to sunken kotatsu tables and tatami rooms, we can accommodate up to 28 guests at a time! We have semi-private rooms as well as fully private rooms. We can flexibly accommodate reservations for the entire restaurant or even an entire area, so please feel free to contact us for more information.
