empty-run time may be deducted from the service hours)
Trip Distance: Within 300 km per day
If the start and end locations are different, the service duration is 8 hours. For example, a standard round-trip from Tokyo to Tokyo is 10 hours, while a trip from Tokyo to Mt. Fuji (ending there) is 8 hours.
Route Description: The driving route will be followed by the driver according to navigation; designated routes will incur additional fees.
Mt. Fuji Charter Refund or Flexible Rescheduling Policy: If you are concerned about bad weather, heavy rain, or fog affecting your trip, you must apply to 'hold' your itinerary in advance (if not notified, cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will be subject to full loss). You may notify us of your decision to travel or not at least three hours before the scheduled time (after checking the weather forecast or the Mt. Fuji visibility on the official website). If you decide not to travel, you may apply for a postponement or refund. This policy applies only to Mt. Fuji itineraries; please note that it does not apply to other itineraries.
Child Safety Seat Policy: We can provide one infant safety seat and one booster seat free of charge. We are unable to provide more than two infant seats or booster seats.
