All times indicated on the itinerary are JST (Japan local time). Please take note.
Please follow the instructions of the accompanying personnel and comply with Japanese disease prevention regulations.
Please understand that due to climate change, heavy snow may prevent you from enjoying the scenery on both sides of the river. If a restaurant is temporarily closed, it will be replaced with a restaurant of similar standard. If a visit to an attraction is impossible due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, a nearby attraction will be provided as a substitute. If a meal is included, a refund or an equivalent meal will be negotiated between both parties in good faith.
Please apply for a VISIT JAPAN QR code in advance to facilitate faster entry and customs clearance in Japan.
If you develop cold-like symptoms such as fever or cough during the trip, please inform the tour group immediately.
In addition to your regular medications, it is recommended to carry medications to relieve cold symptoms.
Depending on current conditions and peak/off-peak seasons, some shops/hotels may be closed or fully booked. In such cases, they will be replaced by shops of the same standard. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Due to differing customs in various countries, Japanese tradition prohibits those with tattoos from entering public baths, and this rule also applies to those with artistic tattoos. Please understand and address this beforehand (prepare skin-colored covers). Thank you.
Every trip is an act of people-to-people diplomacy. Let us respect local traditional culture, maintain etiquette, and preserve and recreate the positive public image that Taiwan and Japan already have.

This trip requires secondary confirmation: Your order and payment do not guarantee the trip will proceed. A "Confirmed" status will only be issued after our staff confirms all details – including accommodation, meals, transportation, and the number of participants. Only then will the trip be officially considered confirmed.
The type of vehicle used for carpooling depends on the number of passengers and may be a van, minibus, or bus; it cannot be specified.
If the trip cannot proceed due to insufficient participants (or reasons related to the travel agency), a full refund will be issued through the original payment system. You will be notified whether the tour has been confirmed no later than seven days before the start date of the trip.
Regarding vehicle space: Space varies from vehicle to vehicle; please note the following:
Carpooling -- Each person may bring a maximum of one 16-inch soft backpack + one 22-inch carry-on bag (!! If you have more than that, please leave a message in the comments section beforehand!!)
