Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The tour will proceed rain or shine, but we may decide to cancel or change the course due to bad weather such as strong winds, heavy rain, typhoons, or sudden downpours. In such cases, if the weather is predictable, we will contact you the day before the tour to let you know the circumstances and how we will decide whether or not to proceed with the tour. In such cases, there will be no cancellation fees for the river SUP tour.
Other important points:
- *Only the women's changing room is equipped with a hair dryer and mirror.
Includes/Excludes
- Complete River SUP equipment: Inflatable SUP, dedicated paddle, life jacket, helmet, wetsuit, wet jacket, wet socks, paddle jacket. Also includes accident insurance. *Lunch is not included in the AM & PM courses.
Reminders
Participant age: 7 to 100 years old
What to wear and bring: Swimsuit and towel
Rental equipment: All basic equipment rental is included in the participation fee.

Get off at Hitoyoshi IC on the highway and turn right at the intersection in front of you. Continue straight, cross the bridge, and turn left 300m ahead. Once you reach National Route 219, continue straight. The facility will be on your left.

A 5-minute walk from JR Nishi-Hitoyoshi Station.
・By other means of transportation:
If you would like a pick-up or drop-off service from another station, bus stop, or accommodation, please let us know when you make your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
