Regarding cancellation of the event:
- If the tour is deemed dangerous due to bad weather, the tour may be canceled, the course may be changed, or the time may be shortened. If the tour is canceled before departure on the day of departure, a full refund will be given.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・If you have a medical history that requires special attention, have had major surgery in the past, or have a physical disability, please let us know in advance when you apply for the tour. ・If you have a cardiovascular disease, you will need the consent of a doctor. ・Pregnant women are not permitted to participate.
Other important points:
- *Please note that a mountain environmental conservation contribution of 1,000 yen will be required. ・If it is difficult to continue the tour due to poor health, physical strength, or inadequate clothing or equipment, or if we determine that you are causing inconvenience to other customers, we may ask you to refrain from participating in the tour even on the day. Reminders
Participant age: 10 to 65 years old
What to wear and bring: Lunch box. If you want to start walking early in the morning, bring a breakfast and lunch box. (You can order these at your accommodation the day before the tour. If not, your guide can order them for you. Please feel free to let us know. We can also pick up your lunch on the day of the tour!) Snacks. Drinks. Trekking shoes, rainwear, folding umbrella, T-shirt, long-sleeved shirt, pants, hat, towel, copy of your health insurance card, regular medications, oral medications, cold medicine, painkillers, etc.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 7 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
