[Ticket Information]

Ski resort operating hours and off-peak season dates: 10:00-21:00, last entry time is 20:00.

All ski resort tickets are the same price for all sizes; there are no discounted tickets or free admission. All tickets are valid for unlimited sessions.

Booking rules: Book at least one day in advance.

Ski Resort Ticket Purchase Instructions: ① Ticket purchase requires real-name registration (name + mobile phone number + ID card number). ② Only one ticket can be purchased per order (multiple tickets must be ordered separately). ③ You must bring your ID card to enter the ski resort (the information must match the person who made the reservation).

1. 2-hour snow play ticket

• The price includes: Snow equipment (snowsuit + snow boots + helmet + locker)
• Overtime will be charged according to the standard overtime rates and fees.

2. 2-hour snow play family ticket

• The price includes: Snow equipment (snowsuit + snow boots + helmet + locker)
• The 1 adult and 1 child parent-child ticket is valid for one visitor aged 12 or older and one child aged 12 or younger (who must be accompanied by an adult to enter the park).
• Overtime will be charged according to the standard overtime rates and fees.

3. 3-hour ski pass

• The price includes: Ski equipment (ski suit, ski boots, skis, helmet)
• Overtime will be charged according to the standard overtime rates and fees.

4. Unlimited ski pass

• The price includes: Ski equipment (ski suit + ski boots + helmet + skis + ski poles + locker)
• Overtime will be charged according to the standard overtime rates and fees.

[Safety and Security Check Notice]

• Snow play and skiing are sports with certain risks. If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, asthma, or other conditions that your doctor has advised against strenuous exercise, or if you are pregnant, have consumed alcohol, or are taking medication that affects your behavior, please choose to participate with caution based on your physical condition.
• Minors should be accompanied by an adult when playing in the snow or skiing, and it is not recommended for the elderly to participate in skiing.
• It is recommended to purchase sports accident insurance that includes skiing in advance. Please carefully read and comply with all safety notices, venue rules, and equipment usage instructions, including the "Entry Instructions," "Security Check Instructions," "Skier Instructions," and "Skier Code of Conduct." Please pay attention to all warning and directional signs and comply with relevant regulations.
• The resort features ski runs of varying difficulty, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced runs. Beginners are at higher risk of injury when skiing on intermediate or advanced runs. The resort also includes ski jumps and terrain parks, which require a higher level of skiing skill. Please choose to use these areas carefully based on your own skill level and always stay within your comfort zone, paying attention to safety while skiing.
• Please wear a ski helmet throughout the event. It is recommended that you bring and wear your own safety gear, including gloves, goggles, face protectors, wrist guards, elbow pads, back protectors, knee pads, and hip protectors, to minimize the risk of injury.
• Please select ski equipment suitable for your skill level. Before skiing, please check that the rented equipment is in good condition, that the pressure values ​​of the ski release plates match your height, weight, and shoe size, that the release torque values ​​of the ski bindings are appropriate, and that the angle and spacing of the snowboard bindings are suitable. If any equipment is unsuitable, please inform the staff immediately for adjustments or replacements.
• Beginners are advised to hire a ski instructor before going on the slopes. Ski lessons are available on-site; please purchase one if needed.
• To avoid unnecessary disputes, please do not engage in the following behaviors: (1) Playing beyond the scope of product rights (including areas, projects, etc.), conducting ski lessons without reporting or obtaining permission from the ski resort, commercial filming, online live streaming, personal sales, obtaining or purchasing goods/services for resale purposes, or improper use for other purposes; (2) Violating laws, regulations, or the rules of the ski resort by allowing others to use your product rights through donation, resale, or lending; (3) Engaging in any dangerous, illegal, or aggressive behavior; (4) Engaging in behaviors that seriously affect the normal operation of the ski resort or seriously affect the personal and property safety of others; (5) Other inappropriate behaviors. If the above situations occur, the ski resort has the right to take all or part of the following measures at any time without incurring liability for breach of contract such as compensation: (1) blacklisting you as a tourist, including the Huafa Ice and Snow Hot Snow Miracle blacklist (you will not be able to enter Huafa Ice and Snow Hot Snow Miracle), the Hot Snow Miracle brand blacklist (you will not be able to enter Hot Snow Miracle ski resorts and other cooperative ski resorts in various places), and the industry alliance blacklist; (2) canceling, invalidating, or freezing your products and rights, and not extending, delaying, or refunding the remaining unused period/fees; (3) charging a penalty of 30% of the order amount, and if the penalty is insufficient to make up for the loss, continuing to pursue compensation.
