Nagomi no Oyado Takinoyu is a small inn with 17 rooms that fully benefits from the Yuzawa natural hot springs. We offer a wide range of room types, including rooms with cypress baths, Japanese-Western style rooms with raised dining tables, and barrier-free twin rooms, making it perfect for wheelchair users and family trips.

The inn is equipped with a large free-flowing hot spring bath, an open-air bath in harmony with nature, and a private semi-open-air bath for luxurious, private moments. The hot spring water is colorless, transparent, and gentle on the skin, with a mild alkaline quality that is excellent for skin beauty. For dinner, enjoy a daily changing creative kaiseki meal, and for breakfast, savor exquisite porridge made with Uonuma Koshihikari rice and plenty of local delicacies. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
