This tour includes kayaking, SUP, pedal boating, and walking. If you are not confident in your physical strength, are pregnant, elderly, or have any health concerns, please consult your doctor before participating.
For safety reasons, people with heart conditions, severe allergies, or serious health concerns may not be able to participate.

− What to bring and what to wear −
It can get quite cold during stargazing at night, so please be sure to wear comfortable clothing and cold weather gear (a thick jacket, gloves, scarf, etc.).
If you are participating in lake activities, please bring clothes that you don't mind getting wet, a change of clothes, and a towel.

- Cancellations and changes due to weather -
This tour mainly involves outdoor activities. Due to bad weather (strong winds, heavy rain, thunder, etc.), the tour content may be changed or the tour may be canceled.
If the tour is cancelled due to weather, we will contact you by email at least 24 hours before the tour begins.
If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, there will be no cancellation fee.
Please note that we may not be able to accept your reservation depending on the availability of accommodation facilities.

  • ・Other: If you are participating in activities on the lake, please bring clothes that you don't mind getting wet, a change of clothes, and a towel.

  • ・Take your trash home: In order to preserve the rich natural environment, please be sure to take any trash you generate during the tour home with you.

  • ・Photography: You are free to take photos of the scenery and food, but please be considerate of other customers' privacy and refrain from taking photos of people without their permission.

  • ・Ensuring safety: Please follow the guide's instructions at all times during the tour. Due to changes in the weather and natural environment, the tour content may change with safety as the priority.

  • ・Cancellation due to weather

  • If the weather suddenly changes, we may have to cancel the tour at short notice for the safety of our guests.

  • ・If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, there will be no cancellation fee. In that case, we will contact you via email.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
