Please note the following when participating in this course:
Participant age: 5 to 100 years old
What to wear and bring: 1. Clothes that are easy to move in and don't mind getting wet. (Fleece, tracksuit, thermal clothing, T-shirts, shorts, swimsuit, etc. *Depends on the season) Spring and Fall: Fleece, tracksuit, quick-drying long-sleeved and long-pants underwear, etc. Summer: T-shirts (rash guards, etc.), shorts (long pants, spats, leggings, etc. are recommended for sun protection and insect bite prevention), swimsuit, etc. (synthetic, quick-drying materials are recommended, not cotton) 2. A change of clothes for when you get wet 3. A towel 4. If you wear glasses, straps, etc. (HOA also sells them for 100 yen)
Rental equipment: HOA provides all the necessary equipment for rafting. Dry suits or spray jackets, life jackets, helmets, and wet boots. *Dry suits are only worn in spring, fall, and when the temperature is low. They are not worn in summer.
