• Question 3: How many children under the age of 3 are there? *Please do not include them in the number of people when making a reservation. A separate insurance fee of 500 yen will be charged.
• Question 4: Please agree to the following three points before making a reservation. - Anyone who has been stung by a hornet is required to bring an EpiPen. - Anyone with a respiratory illness is required to bring anti-epidemic medication. - If the operator confirms that they have been infected with COVID-19, or if there is a possibility of close contact, the tour may not be able to proceed. Regarding cancellation of the event:

• [We do not accept cancellations due to weather.] - In light rain, we will proceed with the tour wearing raincoats, but in heavy rain, we will contact you by phone or cancel the tour. In this case, no cancellation fee will be charged. - Fog and light rain have many benefits, such as creating a more marsh-like atmosphere and encouraging animals and birds to become more active. Those who wish to canoe in heavy rain can also set out as long as there is no strong wind. [Regarding tour cancellations and course changes] - When there is a strong wind, lightning, tsunami, or other event worse than a Japan Meteorological Agency warning. - When the guide determines it is dangerous. - If the guide determines that the course can be changed and the tour can proceed, the same price will be charged. *Weather forecasts do not always work as expected, and sudden weather changes occur on rare occasions. Please note that in rare cases, the tour may be canceled after gathering or just before departure. In such cases, no fee will be charged.

Please refrain from drinking or smoking. The Kushiro Wetlands are a precious and special environment inhabited by animals, plants, and birds. Canoeing is the only way to access this unique environment. Please be considerate and kind to the nature surrounding you as you enter this paradise. The Kushiro River is not a rapids-flowing river. A guide will accompany you, so even those with no canoeing experience or those with concerns about age are welcome. Whether you choose to enjoy the natural scenery without paddling or get some light exercise, it will be a wonderful memory. *If there is a strong headwind, you may be asked to paddle a little. The departure time may vary slightly depending on the meeting and departure points.
