Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The tour will be held even in rainy weather, but if danger is expected due to rising water levels, the tour may be canceled for the safety of our guests.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- Preschool children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- Experience fee, equipment rental fee (instructor, dry suit or wet suit, life jacket, helmet, river shoes, paddle), insurance fee, consumption tax
Reminders
Participant age: 3 to 85 years old
About clothing and belongings: Please bring clothes that you don't mind getting wet.
Rental equipment: Adult and child rafting gear includes drysuits or wetsuits, life jackets, helmets, shoes, and paddles. Please let us know your shoe size when you apply.
Duration: 3 hours (experience time 1.5 hours)
Minimum number of participants: 2
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
