・An additional fee of JPY 2,500 applies for each additional seat starting from the second one; please note this in your order. Please be aware that a child seat takes up approximately 1.5 seats, which may affect seating comfort and luggage space.
・Standard luggage size is 24–28 inches; please inform us in advance for oversized luggage or strollers, which will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.
・If you are unable to board due to exceeding the passenger or luggage capacity, the responsibility and costs will be borne by the traveler.

・Service area: Within 300 km from your hotel in Tokyo. Cross-regional trips (e.g., Mt. Fuji + Hakone) will incur an additional service fee.
・Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or guesthouses within Tokyo city; locations outside this area will incur an additional deadhead fee (JPY 5,000–20,000).
・Urayasu, the Disney area, and Haneda Airport are not within the Tokyo city pick-up/drop-off range; a one-way surcharge (JPY 5,000–10,000) will apply if service is requested.
【Charter Service Duration】
・Standard service duration: 10 hours; overtime fees apply if exceeded.
・For point-to-point transfers (e.g., Mt. Fuji/Hakone), the service duration is 8 hours; for other regions, time must be reserved for the vehicle to return to the base.
・The service hours are between 7:00 and 22:00. If you require service outside these hours, please note it in your order for customer service confirmation.

・The driver does not speak English but can use translation software to communicate with passengers.
・If you require an English-speaking driver, please note this in your order for customer service confirmation. If available, an additional JPY 5,000 assignment fee will apply.
・Driver contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before the service); please wait at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance.

Hakone Shrine, located on the shores of Lake Ashi, has been a renowned shrine revered as the guardian deity of the Kanto region since ancient times. It is said to be particularly effective in granting wishes for good fortune in battles and wealth. The shrine contains five torii gates, and legend has it that passing through each gate in sequence will bring divine blessings.
The Hakone-Ashi Lake sightseeing boat tour is a place where you can enjoy the scenery of Lake Ashi in Hakone, with breathtaking views. You can choose different types of boats, such as classic-style steamships or modern speedboats, to appreciate this beautiful lake.
The Hakone Ropeway connects Togendai Station and Sounzan Station. The ropeway departs every minute, passing through Ubako Station and Owakudani Station, and reaches a maximum height of about 130 meters above the ground, allowing visitors to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Hakone and the magnificent scenery of Mount Fuji changing with the seasons.
Owakudani is a famous geothermal area in Hakone, filled with billowing steam and the smell of sulfur. The Hakone Open-Air Museum, Japan's first outdoor art museum, was built in 1969 and covers an area of 70,000 square meters. It exhibits about 120 masterpieces by modern and contemporary sculptors such as Rodin, Henry Moore and Miró, allowing art to blend perfectly with nature and bringing a unique visual feast.
Gotemba Premium Outlets is a large shopping center with many internationally renowned brands and local Japanese brands, offering relatively affordable prices. There are also numerous restaurants and cafes where you can relax and unwind after shopping.
The "Seven Hot Springs of Hakone" in Hakone Onsen were built between 1684 and 1687. There are a total of 336 hot springs in Hakone Onsen Township, and the amount of hot spring water flowing out of Hakone ranks among the highest in Japan.

• Delays caused by traffic congestion, waiting, or other unforeseen circumstances will be charged as overtime fees.
Night service fee
The car rental period is between 7:00 and 22:00. If your rental period is outside this time frame, please specify this in the order notes for customer service confirmation.
Cross-regional service fee
If the itinerary is outside the same area (e.g., spanning Kamakura and Mt. Fuji), a cross-regional service fee will apply. Please specify your desired route when placing your order, and we will confirm with you again.
Reminders
To ensure a comfortable riding environment, please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle and dispose of your trash yourself. If you soil the seats, carpets, or interior trim, you will need to pay a vehicle cleaning fee based on the actual quote from a professional company.
If you need to adjust or change your order information after booking, please inform us no later than two days before your trip. Changes requested the day before or on the day of your trip cannot be accommodated.
The private charter car service is available for 10 hours per day. During the private charter car period, the vehicle cannot be temporarily suspended or the service restart time cannot be delayed.
If a customer ends their trip early within the private charter car period, no refund will be given, and the trip cannot be carried over to the next day.
If your departure or arrival point is outside of Tokyo city limits, the empty driving time will be deducted or an additional fare may apply, depending on the actual situation. Please provide the correct pick-up and drop-off address when placing your order so that customer service can confirm.
Departure time cannot be adjusted on the day of the trip (for example, if you booked a departure time of 10:00 the day before, but the car is delayed by 1 hour due to customer reasons, the private charter car time will still be counted from 10:00).
Private charter car services do not include guided tours within attractions; the driver will wait for you outside the attractions. If you require a guided tour, please specify this in the order notes for customer service confirmation. Service fees and attraction entrance/parking fees will be charged separately. Thank you for your understanding.
In case of traffic congestion, the driver will adjust the route or sequence of the trip according to the actual situation and may suggest a return time to ensure a smooth journey. If the service exceeds the allotted time, an overtime fee will be charged based on the vehicle type. Thank you for your understanding.
